* If you are having trouble continuing on, you may have a browser setting called Passive FTP enabled. In order to continue, it must be disabled. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can click “tools/options/advanced” and uncheck the box marked Use Passive FTP or simply click here to install a registry patch to do it. Answer "Open" and then "OK" or "Yes" to merge the registry entry. Then right click the "I agree" button and open in new window.
